The NEXUS 4 Change Initiative has been creating an online place for learning.  Since 2008, we have been offering the a variety of webinars and other online offerings.  The BiG Change Webinar Series has brought together some of the worlds’ leading founders, practitioners, scholars, activists, and more.  The focus continues to be on connecting and advancing those who care about collaboration on a large-scale.  Below you will find two webinar series: BiG Change and FireSide Chats.  You will also find the library of past webinars recorded for your viewing.  We hope you find these learning experiences to be helpful as you do your collaborative work in the world.

These free webinar series focus on leveraging the power of more than 60 approaches being used to transform organizations and communities as they tackle 21st Century challenges.  These approaches are broadly referred to as large-group, whole-system, and large-scale change methods or interventions.  What makes them unique are two foundation assumptions: high involvement and a systemic approach to improvement.  This series launches the on-line focus for The NEXUS for Change initiative in partnership with BGSUs Master of Organization Program & Institute for Organizational Effectiveness.   It is an opportunity for us to transcend our individual contributions and achieve something bigger than we ever thought possible.  Join the conversation – deep learning – and make new connections – as we uncover what “bigger” is by working through the natural tension necessary to innovate our field.
